AdEpt Technology Group PLC said Wednesday that its wholly-owned company Datrix, which it acquired in April, has secured an important cyber-security contract with a global financial services business.
The deal is worth 1 million pounds ($1.3 million) to AdEpt over the next three years and is the second international contract that Datrix has secured, the provider of managed services for IT said.
Datrix is a smart infrastructure and cyber security solutions provider.
Shares at 0928 GMT were up 3.50 pence, or 1.9%, at 193.00 pence.
