University Writing hosts a variety of Working on Writing, or WoW, workshops every semester, and next week focuses on wellness and writing. Research has shown that writing has a positive effect on mental wellbeing. During this workshop, participants will learn about the benefits and methods of expressive and creative writing, as well as take part in solo activities to learn which style fits their needs the most.
Those interested in participating should complete this registration survey to join at 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan 31.
