Lawrence Parks and Recreation is hosting a fitness class meant to facilitate a good time regardless of dancing ability.
Werk Out is open to those 18 years-old and older and invites participants to burn calories with a fun workout. Dancing skills are not required, and the class is focused on listening to good music and promoting a fun time for everybody.
Werk Out will be held 6-7 p.m. Friday, Jan. Feb. 18, at Sports Pavilion Lawrence®, 100 Rock Chalk Lane. Cost is $10 per person.
