Meghan Markle has an impeccable figure even though she has given birth to two children – Archie in 2019 and Lilibet in 2021. The Duchess of Sussex has been pictured at many engagements since the birth of her daughter and her frame remains toned and slim. How does she do it?
Meghan Markle has opened up about her lifestyle in the past, admitting that a healthy diet and a regular fitness regime enables her to maintain her slim figure.
The Duchess is a fan of yoga and has shared several posts and photos of herself practicing the exercise on her lifestyle blog, The Tig.
Although her exact diet and fitness routine is not known, Meghan has mentioned in past interviews that life is a “balance”.
This means she works out but also allows herself some time to relax.

Meghan even treats herself to an occasional glass of wine.
She told Women’s Health in an interview: “I give myself the luxury of downtime.
“We are all so incredibly busy and juggling so many things but I always take an hour to just decompress, watch mindless TV, snuggle with my dogs and enjoy a glass of wine.
“That’s all part of the investment. It’s a balance,” she added.

Meghan ensures to fit exercise into her day because it is beneficial for both her physical and mental health.
She explained: “My health, my state of mind, the feeling you have after a workout – all of these things drive me to step onto my mat or go to the gym.
“Sometimes the idea of working out sounds absolutely dreadful, but I always remind myself of how good it will feel afterwards. Euphoric, almost.”

Speaking about yoga, Meghan revealed: “My mom was a yoga instructor so that practice is in my blood.
“I love an intense vinyasa class – and even better if it’s blasting hip-hop and done in a dark room with candlelight. The best.”
The Duchess is also a fan of home workouts, which she said she “does all on my own”.
She told Shape magazine: “I do DVDs at home or I go for a run by myself. I think if you can self-motivate, that’s half the battle.”
Meghan also enjoys running which, for her, is a “form of moving meditation” and “allows me to get out of my head”.
She shared in the past she worked out with Megaformer Pilates, which uses a machine that focuses on full-body fat burning and conditioning.
The Duchess of Sussex said: “[It’s] hands down the best thing you could do for your body.
“Your body changes immediately.”
She added: “Give it two classes and you will see a difference.”
As for her diet, Meghan told Best Health that she tries “to eat vegan during the week and then have a little bit more flexibility with what I dig into on the weekends”.
“But at the same time, it’s all about balance. Because I work out the way I do, I don’t ever want to feel deprived,” she said.
“I feel that the second you do that is when you start to binge on things. It’s not a diet – it’s lifestyle eating.”
