Dear Delegate Sablan:
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce supports H.R. 3438, the “Northern Mariana Islands Entrepreneurship Act of 2021.” This important, bipartisan legislation would ensure that services provided by the U.S. Small Business Administration are available to entrepreneurs and small businesses in the Northern Mariana Islands.
Chamber membership consists of industry associations as well as state and local chambers, including the Saipan Chamber of Commerce. The majority of Chamber members are small firms, and 96 percent of our member companies have fewer than 100 employees.
We appreciate your leadership on this legislation.
Sincerely,
Neil L. Bradley
