REDDING, Calif. – A tattoo shop owner in Redding has been arrested after officers served a search warrant Thursday afternoon, the Redding Police Department said.
Police responded to the Royal Syndicate Tattoo Parlor at 2002 Hilltop Dr. in Redding at about 3:15 p.m. to investigate the business and its owner, 44-year-old Donald Stroud of Redding.
Stroud was contacted by officers in the parking lot of the business and officers searched him. They found a useable amount of fentanyl.
Officers then searched the business and located methamphetamine in multiple places, paraphernalia, a large amount of marijuana and packaging materials.
Stroud was booked into the Shasta County Jail for violation of maintaining a business to distribute controlled substances, possession of narcotics for sales and possession of marijuana for sales.
