Two Muncie-based marketing and branding agencies, Intersection and Whitinger Strategic Services, have merged. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Accutech serves as the holding company for the combined agency, which will operate as a separate business unit and maintains use of the Intersection brand and office space in downtown Muncie.
“This acquisition fits perfectly into our growth plans,” said Dan Wright, Accutech’s executive director of strategy. “Keeping creative talent in Muncie means good things for Accutech and the community.”
Intersection says Brandon Coppernoll will serve as its new managing director. He previously served as chief digital marketing officer for Ball State University and digital marketing manager for Accutech.
