MBDY + be, a studio in Encinitas, recently announced the relaunch of its teens program with the goal of boosting confidence.
MBDY Teens, which has been on hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is dedicated to creating a non-competitive space for teens to build confidence and character, while feeling comfortable to be themselves.

“MBDY Teens focus is to empower young women in ways that feel nourishing, finding support through sisterhood, and celebrating body achievements, whether they be big or small,” said Elease Sgarbossa, CEO and founder of MBDY + be.
